Affordable Accomodation For Relatives

I shall be flying to Canada from the UK in February to be with my father who has terminal cancer and is receiving treatment at St Boniface. I would very much appreciate any feedback on affordable accomodation nearby.

Welcome Delfina, I am glad you found us. If you click on this link Programs and Services you will be taken to the Manitoba page.  I would suggest you check with Palliative Manitoba and the St. Boniface General Hospital. There is an email link to the Social worker on the Palliative Care unit at St. Boniface. I think they would be able to direct you to affordable accomodation. 

Hope you check in with us again re any questions or concerns. A few years ago SherriT started the thread, Long Distance Caregiving Challenges - thought I would share the link with you.
