Palliative Care Services is a multi-site program that provides services on the 9 bed acute care ward at the Pasqua Hospital. Referrals are made through family physician to the Palliative Care program by contacting one of our coordinators at: (306) 766-2101. For more information on services please see and link above.
Bereavement follow up is also available for all of our families at no cost. This includes 1-1 or family counselling, group supports as well as our bi-annual “Heart 2 Heart Family Grief Retreat”.
