The National Initiative for the Care of the Elderly’s (NICE) End-of-Life Issues Theme Team, in collaboration with the Champlain Hospice Palliative Care Program (CHPCP), Bruyère Continuing Care, the Bruyère Research Institute (BRI) and Pallium Canada, is hosting the 2014 World Hospice and Palliative Care Day Special Lecture.
