This conference is bringing together a diverse group of individuals with an interest in palliative care. The overall objective for the conference is to formulate a consensus statement for the future direction of palliative care in Canada, stemming from the needs and experiences of Canadians and in collaboration with palliative care professionals and interest groups across the country. This conference targets a diverse range of individuals from health system executives to family care givers.
