Courses and Conferences

Join us and learn about implementing Advance Care Planning in your health care setting. Through the on-line and personal interactive components, you will begin to develop or enhance your Advance Care Planning skills; explore ways to make this routine practice; find out about the legal, moral and ethical aspects of Advance Care Planning; as well as learn about the support and tools available at Fraser Health. This course also includes current national and international resource lists for Advance Care Planning. You must complete the on-line module (which is estimated to take 30 minutes) and six hours of classroom learning. Classroom sessions are scheduled on a regular basis. Open to participants from across the country. Cost is minimal.
