The National End of Life Care (EoLC) Programme was developed to improve care at the end of life for all adults wherever they live in England. This website provides health and social care staff with information on a variety of aspects relating to end of life care. Included are more than 150 case studies that highlight good practice that are taken from different care settings e.g. care homes, hospitals, primary care and hospices.
