This 20-30 minute module of the Open Dementia e-Learning Programme is designed for anyone who has contact with someone with dementia. It contains both audio and video components and addresses: helping a person with dementia understand our message, helping a person with dementia make themselves understood, communicating with people experiencing a different reality, and the importance of non-verbal communication.
