four years ago it began with my mother and uncle dying. The next year my father-in-law died and a close friend. The next year my mother-in-law died and very dear friend. The next year my dad died and that left me gutted. This past week we have lost two dear friends. And to top it all off my husband has been diagnosed with lung cancer. We are waiting on further testing and will have to travel out of town (4-5 Hours) for it. We don't have any details. he has never smoked and had no symptoms. I am so anxious I can only eat a couple of spoonfuls of food at a meal, crying all the time, stomach upsets, nauseous, etc. I don't know where to turn or how to get help. I am also physically disabled with chronic pain. I need to be able to support my husband but my mind is going in overdrive. He can't support me because my situation is foreign to him and he has his own issues, of course.
I need help but where do I go?
