Dr. Jeff Myers is a palliative medicine physician and Head of Sunnybrook Health Science Centre's Palliative Care Consult Team in Toronto. Dr. Myers is an Associate Professor and Head of the academic Division of Palliative Care within the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto where he currently holds the W. Gifford-Jones Professorship in Pain and Palliative Care.
