Michelle O’Rourke RN, MA

Michelle O’Rourke, RN, MA, is a Unit Clinical Leader in the Emergency Department at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. Besides nursing she spent sixteen years in pastoral ministry for the Roman Catholic Diocese of London and currently coordinates the Foundations in Parish Nursing education program. She has published two books; Befriending Death: Henri Nouwen and a Spirituality of Dying and Embracing the End of Life: Help for Those Who Accompany the Dying, co-authored with Eugene Dufour.
